    One checkout covers the whole list. Each gift ships with tracking and a printed or handwritten note at no extra charge.

Is there free shipping?

Not on gifting orders. The free shipping offered on the main Fortune Favors shop applies to a single order going to a single address. Gifting is the opposite shape — every gift on your list ships to its own address, so each one carries its own carrier cost.

What we do instead: carrier rates are passed along at cost with no markup, volume discounts apply from 50 gifts, and orders local to Madison can be delivered free to one location or picked up at our storefront.

Shipping, handling, and notes

We ship directly to your clients or staff on your behalf and include a printed or handwritten note with each gift at no extra charge.

Carrier shipping is passed along at cost with no markup, calculated per address at checkout — so you see the full amount before you pay. Gift bags and other add-ons are available on request.

Local delivery and pickup in Madison

Local to the Madison, WI area? Request free delivery of the whole order to a single location, or pick it up at our storefront in the Madison Public Market.

Payment and invoicing

Online orders check out by card. For invoiced orders we accept checks, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), or online payment through QuickBooks. Payment is due when the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Seasonal, custom, and large orders

Seasonal flavors, chocolates, and sample-size pouches are available when in stock, priced on request. Branded packaging, bespoke assortments, 500+ gifts, and international addresses are handled by our gifting team rather than this storefront.
